* Hypnosis & Hypnotherapy

Just about everybody can be hypnotized but the depth of the trance can vary from person to person. Only those who have a hard time concentrating, for instance an alcoholic, a drug addict, a very small child or a person with a brain tumor, may experience difficulty being hypnotized.

It is ill advised for anybody who suffers from a psychiatric disorder to undergo hypnosis and any such person will be referred on. I do see patients who suffer from depression as a primary or secondary reaction to some life event or behavior. However, I do not see people who suffer from clinical depression.
