There are many good reasons to quit smoking. Cancer and Heart Disease are just two. Smoking has been linked to both these fatal diseases. Smoking kills, it is not selective and it can kill you.
Being a non-smoker has nothing to do with will power, if it did you would not need hypnosis. To succeed at being a non-smoker you need to do this for yourself, no matter what your motivation, ultimately this is for you.
Smoking is a bad habit that you have programmed yourself through constant repetition to associate with all sorts of things such as coffee, after a meal, drinks, on the phone, stress and much much more.
But you do not need a cigarette to relax and enjoy yourself.
To stop this cycle and break the habit, set a date by booking an appointment to see me and look forward to hearing yourself say: 'No thank you, I don't smoke'.
Stop smoking is a one off session and lasts for 2 hours.
I do ask that you let me know how much better you are feeling three months later, now that you are a nonsmoker.
